Pachuca.- Con el objetivo de garantizar una atención más digna, segura y continua a personas con discapacidad y movilidad reducida, el Sistema para el Desarrollo Integral de las Familias (DIF) Pachuca recibió en comodato unidades vehiculares que permitirán fortalecer distintos servicios de atención social que brinda el organismo.
Estas acciones forman parte de las gestiones encabezadas por la presidenta del Sistema DIF Pachuca, Mariana Mayen Lozada, orientadas a mejorar las condiciones de atención, movilidad y operación de los programas dirigidos a la población que más lo necesita.
Como parte del trabajo coordinado entre el gobierno municipal y el organismo asistencial, el alcalde Jorge Reyes realizó la entrega simbólica de las llaves de las unidades, refrendando el compromiso institucional con el bienestar social y la inclusión.
Uno de los vehículos permitirá reactivar y fortalecer el servicio de traslado de pacientes de la Unidad Básica de Rehabilitación (UBR), un apoyo fundamental para personas con discapacidad o movilidad reducida que no cuentan con los recursos necesarios para trasladarse desde su domicilio hasta el centro de atención, garantizando la continuidad de sus terapias de rehabilitación física.
De manera complementaria, la segunda unidad fortalecerá la operación logística de programas como Desayuno Frío y Desayuno Caliente, así como la distribución de despensas, cobijas e insumos en los distintos espacios de atención del organismo.
Con la puesta en operación de estas unidades, el DIF Pachuca proyecta superar los mil 500 traslados durante 2026, garantizando servicios seguros, eficientes y gratuitos, en un horario de lunes a viernes, de 8:00 a 16:00 horas, además de optimizar la cobertura de los programas alimentarios y asistenciales.
